Scott walked to the kitchen of the good ol' Halliwell Manor. His pink, humble abode. He was home alononce more. And what wasa the completely typical thing he did hen home alon. He ate. It was a wonder that he wasn't fat at all. He opened the pantry and reached onto the bottom shelf. Pasta. Yum, Italian food. His favorite kind of food. He set the box of pasta down on the counter before reaching up to grab a pot. Scott quickly filled it with water and set it on the burner on the stove. Before leaving the room, he turned it to boil. Scott jumped over the back of the couch and into a laying down position on the couch before reaching for the remote and turning on his friend the boob tube (The Television). He switched it to CSI: Las vegas before settling down more into the couch and watching intently.

As Sara walked through the desert with a car mirror for a weapon, Scott heard the water in the other room boil. He paused the TV and reluctantly stood up. Stretching his arms a little as he walked, he arrived into the kitchen. He quickly dumped the box into the water and turned the burner down. This time he was a little more lazy with laying back down on the couch. He had worked out for three hours this morning so he could afford to be lazy. He pressed play and watched the dehydrated woman walk through the Las Vegas desert. Sucks for her. Some crazy lady who made miniature models of killing people had put the woman under a car in a ditch in the desert when it was about to rain. Scott wanted to see if she would live or die. It was rare that he was ever that into the TV since he lived more excitement than that everyday. WWhen the show ended he flipped the switch to see Buffy the Vampire Slayer. He loved this show! see you againThe weekend- it was Destiny's favorite time of the week, especially Saturdays. Maybe it was because there were usually lots of good sales at the mall on that day or maybe it was due to the fact that it was her first break from school for that week. Whichever the reason was, Saturday was Destiny's day to just hang around and have fun. On this Saturday, Destiny had decided to head over to the Halliwell Manor, hoping that Scott would be there and available to hang out with. She wouldn't admit to him that he had actually called Alyssa earlier that day hoping to hang out with her, but she was disappointed when she told her she was hung up. Witch duties or something- who knows these days?
This would be the first time Destiny would hang out with Scott since he became a Charmed One. She had of course heard of the news, but she had yet to congratulate him. However, she was a little hesitant on whether it was a good thing or not. It definitely meant a lot more work for Scott, and a lot less time he could spend keeping Destiny entertaining. Self-centered you call her?- eh, you're sort of right.
She drove up to the Halliwell Manor in her nice and shiny red convertible Volkswagen Beetle. Destiny had only just received her license, so she was sort of new to the whole driving thing, but she didn't seem to be too bad at it. At least the Halliwell Manor was not too far away for her, and she easily had the route memorized.
Destiny parked in the already car-filled driveway and stepped out of the Beetle, her chestnut colored Uggs protecting her feet from the cold ground beneath her. Her outfit today consisted of a nice tight pair of dark washed skinny jeans that were neatly tucked into her Uggs accompanied with a loose fitting plain white top that did how have elastics at the bottom of the sleeves that clutched tightly to her thin arms. Destiny's long light brown hair was put up in a rather fashionable way, without having a part but rather the middle of her hair being clipped back and poofed up a little at the top. It was a rather casual outfit for Destiny, but today was to be a regular, relaxing day.
She quickly walked up the steps to the front door of the Halliwell Manor. Once she reached the door, she tapped her right knuckles three times on the old wooden door. She hoped that Scott would be there as she stood there waiting for a response, shifting her weight from her left to her right leg impatiently.

Scott watched as at the end of the episode Buffy's mom opened the door to see that Buffy had come back form running to LA. Joss Whedon came up on the screen as the theme music started to play. Scott switched off the TV after finishing his pasta and took his bowl back to the kitchen. Laying it in the sink, he quickly rinsed it out and looked around for something to do that was active. he could always go back to the gym. It was surprisingly fun to him to work out. He liked using all of the complicated machines that only a handful of people, including him, knew how to use properly. Scott wore dark blue jeans and a white, button-up, long sleeve, shirt with gray, vertical stripes on it. Not exactly the model work-out outfit. But he was too lazy to change clothes and he could always just do the treadmill.
He grabbed the keys to his car and walked over to the laundry room door. Tugging it open lightly, he exited out of the garage door and turned to face his car. He loved his car. he still couldn't believe his parents had afforded it. He had payed for half though, so he wasn't completely spoiled. It was a Pearl Gray Jaguar XK. The interior was equally amazing. Caramel with Burl Walnut trim. He loved it. It was definitely his dream car. scott opened the door and slid into the driver's seat. He slid the keys into the ignition and turned. There was a satisfying sound that came from the engine as he did so. A sound suitable for a car in its class.
Right as he was about to put his foot on the gas he heard a knock at the door. Turning the keys the other way and slipping them into his pocket, car's noise died down to a soft purr before complete silence. Scott jumped out and closed the door shut before making his way to the front door. He opened it, ready to attack if it was a demon. It was Destiny. He was happy to see her. Goddamn, he had a crush on her. Little did he know that he was her second option to hang out with today. She had called Alyssa earlier. But when Alyssa answered the phone she had been going all kung-fu on a demon at the same time and said she needed to work on a new song she was writing. Alyssa had almost finished her new song and she was really excited. Hopefully that would boost them to the amount of money the band needed to hire an agent. "Hey," Scott said, closing the door behind herafter she came in. He locked it and turned to face her.

After a few moments of Destiny waiting impatiently at the door she finally began to figure that he really must not be home. He wouldn't not answer, unless he was watching like an intense episode of Buffy. Destiny still did not get why Scott watched television shows like that. Didn't he understand that they were completely incorrect in fact when it came to the magical world? Well, she sometimes figured that he just watched it to see Sarah Michelle Gellar in tight, skimpy outfits, but she tried to hope that wasn't true. So with that thought, Destiny decided to head back to her car and maybe see if she could get in touch with Matthew- maybe he wouldn't be busy. She turned her Ugg fur covered foot and took her first step back to the driveway where her car was patiently waiting just as the door of the Halliwell Manor finally opened. Destiny turned to luckily see the body of Scott Halliwell who she had been hoping for.
Destiny entered the Halliwell Manor with a smile as she glanced around to make sure nothing had changed in the house- now there being Charmed Ones residing in it. But, it seemed to be the exact same comforting place that she loved to hang out in. Now was the time to analyze how much Scott had changed. Appearance wise he seemed pretty much the same. Maybe he had gotten a little buffer, but that was a good thing in Destiny's mind and she figured it probably not to be a side effect from the change. Now were they any other negative effects that she couldn't see with her innocent blue eyes? Negative- is that what she truly thought it was to become a Charmed One. Surely, in Scott's mind, it must be a clearly positive change. But, to Destiny, it was a little different for her.
"Well that took long enough," Destiny replied in an angered but sarcastic tone of voice. "And, all I get is a hey? Were you going somewhere or do you have other plans here? Oh, are you here with anyone?" she continued to question on and on. Destiny was always one to load someone up with questions. It was one of her constant habits, but she was always one to be worried but one to want to know everything that's going on in someone's life who is close to her. Especially the question with was he with anyone else because Destiny always seeme to be nervous about that knowing that Scott would probably never want to openly share his relationship status with her. But she always hoped it was clear for him, for some reason.

[[ooc: Lol me too.]]
Scott sat on the back of the couch and looked over at Destiny. She seemed to be examining the house. If there was anything different. Everything was the same. He was the same also, well except for the terrakinesis that he was still struggling a little bit to control. He saw the turned off TV and thought about the show he had just watched. Well, yea, he partly watched it because of the semi-skimpy outfits Sarah Michelle Gellar wore in it. But hey, what guy didn't? He also liked the plot and the action. There was humor and all that crap and altogether it was a good show. He saw Destiny look him up and down and he raised a brow before launching himself of of the couch and standing. His gray blue eyes searched arond the house, wondering what the hell she was looking for.
"Sorry. I was in the garage," he smirked. Not really sorry, it was more of a friendly but sarcastic tone. "Couldn't you have just fastforwarded time to make it go by faster?" he asked. His tone was still friendly and he was just playing around. "I was gonna go to the gym. And no I don't have plans. No one is here but us," Scott knew how to handle Destiny's questions. She seemed to launch questions at everyone from time to time. Why did she care if there was anyone else here? Scott looked around the place as he got a sneaking sensation that they were being watched. As if on que an ugly looking demon dropped down from the staircase and in front of Scott.
"Okay, him too," he added to his reply that no one was herre but them. Scott wiped a hand across the air and sent the demon flying up into the air crashing into a wall. Scott put the palm of his hand outward and ice shot out of it, making the demon completely frozen in an ice cube. He spotted a knife in the kitchen and motioned with his hand. The knife came flying out of the kitchen and towards the frozen demon. The knife hit the ice cube the demon was frozenin. The demon shattered into a million pieces. Scott smirked a little bit before making a crevice in the earth. He waved his hand and all the millions of pieces that the demon was now in, fell into the crevice. He closed up the crevice. Easy cleanup. [/blockquote]

After Destiny finished her examination of Scott, she was sick of standing and decided to walk over to the couch Scott was sitting on on the backside. She fell down on top of it, sinking in despite her light weight- it was her favorite couch because of this constant sinking for it just seemed to form around your body. She wondered how much had happened on this good old couch, and then erased the thought as it led to what happened on this couch from the original Charmed Ones Paige and Phoebe Halliwell. But, there was always the thought of what would happen in the future on this couch. Destiny was always thinking about the future- she was one to try to never linger on the past but rather the present and future.
"Likely excuse," Destiny replied with a light smile when he told her that he was in the garage He wondered where he was going to go if he was in the garage, assuming that he was there to get into his car and go somewhere, but luckily Scott had ansered that question. Going to the gym- now that was a good excuse. She knew how much he loved going to the gym- it was side by side with how much he loved eating. Sometimes she wondered how he managed to stay as skinny and muscled as he was without barely an ounce of fat, but hey, she tried not to question such a good quality. "And that would have been the smart idea," Destiny explained to him when he asked her why hadn't she just fast-forward time like she could have. Yeah, she was all for that personal gain stuff, but sometimes she tried to forget she had powers. Destiny was glad no one was there except the two of them, or so he said. Well, he wouldn't mind like Skylar or someone just hanging out there but no random people outside the Halliwell family is what she met. Destiny was confused on why Scott seemed to glance around the house nerviously but she understood as a demon appeared. She hesitated a little and was about to act by stopping the time but then it seemed like Scott had it rather undercontrol.
Destiny was confused a little as Scott seemed so calm about the situation at hand. She innocently still sat on the coach, hiding a little behind it as she faced the other way watching the situation at hand. Everything seemed to happen so quickly that she kind of wanted to slow down the time just to catch everything that was happening. But, she would rather have the demon vanquished as quickly as possible. When the demon shattered into what seemed to be a million pieces, Destiny sighed knowing that that would take a long time to clean up. But when Scott seemed to open up the earth a little and allow the pieces to fall in, she was a little confused.
"Could you do all that before?" Destiny questioned him after the demon was officially gone. He jus seemed so powerful to her that she was rather intimidated a little.
(( Sorry that it took so long was watching Charmed and sadly doing some more history junk. ))

Scott nodded his head as she said likely excuse. Fine, if she didn't believe him, whatever. He looked at the spot where the crevice had been only seconds earlier. Wow, his powers were definitely growing. He had to be more careful next time. The Terrakinesis he did could've gotten out of control very easily. it had just sort of happened. He hoped no more demons would attack today, he was getting a little bit weary of fighting them every second of the day. There were still a few ice crystals scattered across e the floor but Scott just left them. he didn't want to use any more magic at the moment and they would just melt and the floor would absorb it eventually. He looked around warily to see if there were any more demons around the place. After a moment of looking he determined that they were all gone. he sat down on the couch satisfactorily next to Destiny.
He smiled when she said fastforwarding time ould have been the smart thing to do. Fast forwarding time, that would be an awesome power to have. He knew that Matt had the power to go back and forth trough time. Oh shit. That wasn't good. That wasn't good at all. Later he would have to go hunting for information through the underworld. If Matt was planning on going back in time, he could do numerous things to alter the balance of good and evil. He could definitely tip the balance in evil's favor in many ways. The charmed ones would have to be on top of their game, they would have to hunt for information on if Matt had gone back in time. If he had, then Scott, Skylar, and Shane would have to go back in time also to stop him from killing them when they were young, or destroying the Book of Shadows. It was all so overwhelming.
Scott quickly tuned his thoughts back into the present. Destiny looked a little bit intimidated by the power he had used. It wasn't like he was that powerful all the time, sometimies hew just got carried away. "Not the crevice thing. That's a new power that I suck ass at using," he added, smirking a little bit. He sunk into the couch like Destiny was doing and felt comfortable and relaxed. He waited for her to speak next since she was bound to have questinos about soething, she always had lots of questions to ask. Whatever they were, he was ready to answer. [/blockquote]

Destiny sat up a little in the couch when Scott had taken a seat next to her. Was there any specific reason to this?- maybe she was getting a little nervous sitting near him now because she would love to see him as more than a friend. Or, maybe it was because she just felt awkward of him being a Charmed One and all. Maybe it was the strong powers he possessed which slightly intimidated her, and now put her constantly on guard when she was around him. But, it's not like he would do anything to hurt her with them or anything. They were friends- if anything she should feel much safer around him as demonstrated clearly when he was able to defeat that demon in a matter of quick moments. Even Destiny wasn't sure exactly of the reason, but her back for some reason just became a little straighter.
Destiny wondered how Scott's life was now being a Charmed One. Were the demon attacks really a lot more frequent than before? It seemed to be so, and she knew that must be a little stressful on the three of them. Or maybe they had fun with it and all the power? Destiny knew that sometimes when she vanquished demons, she felt so powerful and accomplished that she just wanted to go searching for more to prove her power. It must be the same way demons feel when they kill witches- or was it? Was the sensation even better? These were the questions that Destiny often asked herself, but there was no one she could actually ask aloud who would be able to answer it. Especially not Scott- he couldn't know that she was thinking such evil thoughts or he would definitely never ever talk to her again, and she didn't want that. Sometimes she just hated the fact that there were two differerent sides- good and evil- but then she would remember what is like when the original Charmed Ones had attempted to make a Utopia and how badly it had gone.
Destiny couldn't help but to grin as Scott explained to her that it was a new power that as he said "suck ass at." It definitely seemed to be true, so it wasn't like his pride was not truthful, which she would have been really angered by. When he stopped speaking, Destiny figured that he was giving her the opportunity to continue to question him, which she loved about him because he didn't mind to answer her questions. "So, how different are you now...besides the whole power surge?" Destiny asked, wondering if she really wanted to hear the answer.

Scott looked around the Living Room as he lay, quite relaxed and content in the comfortable couch. He was a little surprised at himself that he was so damn relaxed when the demon had come. Before he became charmed he probably would've handled it not so smoothly. After this vanquish he wouldn't handle it too smoothly either, because the attacks would become more and more frequent. He was completely worried aobut the sources and all the crap they would be putting him through. Would he even survive? That was a freaky thought. Would he not last another year, would he die early like Prue? He hoped not, that would suck so friggin badly. He felt a little bit of worry simming around in his stomach as he thought of dying. He had thought of the possibility more than once but just now he had relized that he hadn't done everything he wanted to before he died. He would live life to the fullest right now because odds were he wouldn't last now.
He looked over at Destiny, waiting for the overload of questions that would surely be launched his way. He liked that she asked questions, and he knew how to answer them. He smiled a little bit as she spoke. Had anything changed about him? He thought hard. Had anything change. welll, besides his powers. He was still humble and modest, which was a good quality to have, but Skylar was kind of getting a little full of it. Scott still thought about if anything had changed. Nope it hadn't he was the same old Scott. "Nope, nothing has changed... well......... except my life span, I'm pretty sure that's gotten a little shorter," it was a cruel joke, but he smiled after he said it so she knew he was joking. He had to keep a positive attitude and maybe, just maybe he would live a long, healthy life.
Scott looked at her and once again, his feelings, dumbass feelings came back. he liked her. As definitely more than a friend. But he definitely wasn't sure if she liked him. Besides, she was sixteen and he was eighteen, why the hell would she like him? Scott alway was never the most confident person i the world. It pretty much got destroyed when two of his ex girlfriends had cheated on him. Ugh, he hated them and their whorishness. Scott finally plucked up his courage and a trace of self confidence. "So, you want to go to the movies sometime?" he asked. Oh crap. Had he seriously just asked her oout. He better hope she said yes or else that would suck very, very hard. [/blockquote]

When Scott had at first that nothing had changed, Destiny could not help but to not fully believe him. There had to be something else different with him- right? Or was Destiny just being overly worried. Maybe he could be the same old Scott and still be a Charmed One? But being a Charmed One meant having so much responsibility so, of course, Scott had to re-evaluate himself a little to help with that. No, it was not like he was an incapable guy for the job before being Charmed, but it does require time and effort and basically a slight dedication of ones life. Charmed business had to always come first in a Charmed Ones' life- the world kind of depended on it. And for that, Destiny even wondered if Scott would have room in his life for love. Love-eh, maybe, she shouldn't think about such strong words. Perhaps just room for a relationship? But hadn't the Charmed Ones before found love and were able to have families and life somewhat healthy lifestyles? Scott wouldn't be here today if that was not true. Maybe they had a chance, but, wait, let's not get a little ahead of ourselves now.
Now Destiny hadn't been one to find his next statement at all amusing. Her blue eyes had immediately widened with anger when he had said such a thing. She did not really want to think about his life being at risk even more and more everyday. Every demon had their heart set on killing the Charmed Ones, and she did not want to think that one of the times one of them attacked he could be killed. Yes, there was always the risk of just getting killed by being a witch, but for Scott, Skylar, and Shane, she knew it to be even greater. So, from this statement, she immediately brought out her arm and slapped his own arm lightly but hard enough with the back of her hand. "Don't joke about that," Destiny scolded him. Yes, it was always good for Scott to joke about something for serious instead of being overly scared, but he could not just seem to be full of so much pride that he would not fear death at all. That would be rather selfish in her mind.
It had seemed that Destiny's heart had just skipped a beat when Scott had asked her to the movies. But her hopes soon died down as she realized that maybe he just meant as a friend sort of way rather than like a date. But, the movies was a rather sort of date-ish place, and the way he had asked it. Though Destiny couldn't just ask him if that was what he meant or not, she did not want to make it seem like she was all for it if he was not and ruin their friendship and such- awkwardness like that was not a favorite of Destiny's. "Yeah...that sounds great," she replied after only a brief moment of deliberating in her head. Destiny pulled off a smile at the end, truly wanting to seem like she was happy about it a little instead of uh sure whatever.
