Roran raised an eyebrow as Maida mentioned she had an upcoming contract with Victoria Secret. A Victoria Secret contract was definitely a big deal- Roran knew that of course. He definitely could not wait until her first pictures for that company came out. "Congrats," he complimented her with a smile. "Well, tell me when you have your first shoot." Maybe if Roran had the opportunity he would even try to go to her shoot, if Maida invited him, of course.
Roran listened intently when Maida began to bring up her rebellious side. Why this would be an interesting explanation to her for Roran had immediately picked her out to be one of those goody-two-shoes, but that wasn't a bad thing to him, though a little rebellious behavior wouldn't also be bad.
"So, you're saying that because of me you had to cancel meeting with your mother for lunch after before cancelling meeting with your father and sister? Well, I guess it's good to have such a flexible schedule," he commented with a teasing grin. Yes, he was a rather lucky guy- he was glad to be here in the Manor with her.
Now at that moment when Maida had leaned a little closer to him, if she was any other girl, Roran would have planted a light kiss on those perfectly pink lips, but not only was Maida related to his new charges, he had also just met her, and he figured she wouldn't appreciate such a thing.
Roran backed up a little as Maida jumped off the counter- there was another priceless moment.
"How much do I actually know?" Roran thought aloud, repeating the question. "Not as much as I wish to know...and yeah, you're truly the first Halliwell I have actually met."

Maida shrugged acting as though the contract with Victoria's was no big deal when really it was just, everything. It would take her modeling career to the complete next level. She raised an eyebrow at him and smirked slyly when he asked her to tell her when her first shoot was. Was he wanting an invitation?
"Mm...maybe I will, you might just need to see me in action...."
She held her sly smile and looked down at only one of the two tattoos she posessed thinking of her sometimes highly rebellious side. She backed up leaning against the sink and crossing her arms watching him and studying him in a way before laughing when he mentioned all the cancellations she had made that day.
"Oh don't worry, my schedule has to be flexible in order to cope with me...."
She winked at him again thinking back to earlier when she leaned in recognizing the look in his eyes and on his face knowing she was getting to him and rather enjoying it. She was having fun messing with him, but was he getting to her as well? She shrugged of the thought not thinking that it really mattered knowing that if she crushed on him, well then she crushed on him and if not she wasn't going to force anything, she could still have some innocent flirting. She stepped forward again extending one of ther hands to the counter in the middle of the room and leaning slightly forward on it.
"Well you chose a good place to start.....Though you now know about me, and you know about Prudence and Matthew. Do you know about Petra yet, if not you might want to....she's antoher good witch gone bad, but she's also Scott's sister."
The only reason Maida knew about Petra was because she had grown up with Scott so she knew about her when she was little, but hadn't seen or heard about her since she ran away from the underworld, then again she didn't think anyone did. She looked back at him standing up straight again and adjusting the top of her dress. Maida could still be a sophisticated person and she didn't want to come off as a slut or something now did she?
"So what do you have planned now? you stalked me, you know about me, so what now? What's next in you big book of plans?"
She held the sly smirk upon her lips again her eyes staying on him and studying his movements thinking that she could deffiently end up crushing on this guy, but then again she had just met him so who knew?

(( Yay, finally able to respond at the airport with the free wi-fi- woo! =) ))
Roran was a little set back when Maida simply shrugged to the whole getting a contract with Victoria Secret. To him it seeemed like a rather big deal, but maybe it was just like any other contract to her. It was hard to get any bigger than Victoria's however, but perhaps she had something else planned in mind that he just wasn't aware of. He simply smiled when Maida suggested that she would maybe invite him to one of her shoots. It would definitely be interesting and fun for him to be there and watch.
Roran couldn't help but to watch her re-adjust herself constantly. He began to wonder why she seemed increasingly fidgety, but maybe that was just how she was, and he shouldn't get hung up on such a thing. He continued to look back at her, his eyes now focus on her own rather than her constant b ody movement.
"So you're declaring that you're a rather high maintenance girl then?" he questioned with a smirk. It wasn't something he saw a problem in however. Girls who knew what they wanted were usually better than girls who had no care about life- even though those types could often be fun.
Her wink was another flirtatious move on her part, and he made sure to take note of that. Her constant messing with him was awfully fun to him, but he wonderd if it would eventually go to far. How long would the flirting last? Would it eventually grow to something more? Well, he couldn't be thinking about that though. They had only just met he told himself again. This was nothing too serious, and he shouldn't take it to be at all.
As Roran watched her move her hand on to the counter, he couldn't help but move a little himself, shifting his weight to his other leg a little, though he decided to remain standing close to her.
Ah yes, it did seem to be a good place to start. He was glad he had started meeting with Maida, but maybe would the other Halliwells be more appealing? Maybe Mischa? No, he shook the thought out of his head as he looked back over at Maida. Think about your present situation he tried to tell himself.
Petra, yes, that had been a name he had heard about. He had known of her decision to be evil, and how she was Scott's sister, now to be a Charmed One. Now, how would she react when she found out that Scott was Charmed? He would just have to wait and see.
"So, were they close?" Roran couldn't help but to question. It would be valuable information in the future despite how Maida probably would rather not talk about it, and Scott would definitely not want to- being such a touchy subject and all. He wondered when was the last time any of them had been in contact with Petra. Did she continue to ignore the family and pretend she wasn't apart of it or did she enjoy to tease the good witches of her family?
Roran's eyes caught her adjusting the top of her dress as she stood a little straighter. Well, there was a sign that despite the flirting she wasn't a complete slut, and that was good in his mind.
"Well, I could move on to meeting another member of your family...or rather stalking. But, I kind of enjoyed being here with you," Roran admitted truthfully.

She nodded and smiled knowing she was being fidgety, but she had trouble standing still for long periods of time, she just got too bored.
"Oh yes, very...it comes with being a model and a spoiled girl."
She smirked at him again and glanced down at the counter before glancing back up at him. Was she actually crushing on him? She thought she was, but then again she had just met him. So then why did she just have this urge to....She stopped herself bringing herselfback to reality before she let herself finish the thought. She swallowed hard not believely she had even started to think like that. Who was crushing on a guy after meeting him no more than a half hour ago?
Her eyes watched him seeing that his mind was obviously somewhere else too. Was she going to overboard with the flirting...well that was one thing she simply couldn't help though. Maida had always been a very flirtacious girl, expecially with guys she thought were cute. She smirked coyly wondering if he was thinking the same thing had been earlier, but then again maybe he wasn't.....If he was annoyed he could leave, well he would have to walk, but he had been following her all day so....well that and he could orb. Maida's mind seemed to be running like a child with ADD, her thoughts were so over the place and she wasn't used to it. She was used to being usually organized.
She looked back down at her hands and shrugged when he asked how close Scott and Petra were. Truth was was that she knew, because she was closer with Petra than she was Scott. She sighed lightly deciding to finally just tell him knowing he was going to find out sooner or later.
"Scott and Petra WERE really close, but when Petra was eight a demon or something brainwashed her at her birthday party and swayed her toward evil. When she was sixteen she ran away to the underworld, and as far as I know no one has heard from her since, even me and I'm pretty sure Scott. She's convinced Scott and Uncle Wyatt want her dead so she's out to kill them, but hasn't made any moves. Though, with the new charmed ones... i don't know..."
She shrugged and gave a sympathetic smile sorry she couldn't help more than giving him the low down on it. She smirked when he said he was enjoying being there talking with her instead of going to meet another one of her family members, she was especially glad he wasn't going to go meet Mischa, at least not yet. She frowned to herself. She is not getting jelous...she repeated the thought over and over in her mind finally convincing herself. She looked oer at the clock hanging on the wall and turned toward Roran again.
"Well in that case, how about lunch? I think it's around that time...."

Roran grinned when Maida described herself as being spoiled. It had seemed to him that girls never used that word to describe themselves because it was always seen as being such a negative thing, but he saw it as good she could admittedly use that term with ease, something he would definitely not ever say aloud to anyone- especially if he had just met the person. Had it really only been less than an hour since they had first met? For him, it had felt like hours, but not in a negative, dragging way, but rather that he already seemed to be getting to know her really well, and he also seemed to be developing a quickly liking to her, which was sort of unsual for him. He usually never started immediately falling for someone, well of course he found people immediately attractive, but never falling for them immediately for personality as well.
Roran had watched her shrug a little to the Scott and Petra question. Was it bad he had asked that question? Maybe she wouldn't want to answer such a pushing question that didn't seem to be a popular thing to talk about in the Halliwell family. With a sigh, he had figured that she was going to give up and telling him, which he was rather glad at, really wanting to find out such crucial information that would most definitely be helpful to have in the future. He listened to what she explained, but didn't show any immediate emotion like his usual self. It was such a sad story in the fact that she had been brainwashed- it wasn't just that she had chosen evil, but rather she had been forcefully pushed towards it which was the worse. He was glad that she had said Petra had been missing for awhile for it was good that she had seemed to be staying out of their lives which was exactly what Scott needed. It would be disastrous if she was there constantly, taunting him, and that would probably lead to his own self-destruction. But, Maida was right- now that Scott was a Charmed One, maybe she would attack soon.
Roran nodded after her shrug, for he was thankful for that explanation. "Well thanks for explaining that to me," he replied. "I know it must not be your favorite thing to talk about." He watched her eyes look over to the clock- he hadn't known what time it was, but he did not really care all that much either- he could spend the whole day with Maida if that were possible, but he knew they would have to part eventually.
"Yeah, actually, that sounds great," Roran replied with a nod. "But I sort of don't have my car on me, you know, so you'd have to drive," he admitted.
